3. Download this Booking Form (or this PDF Version).  Complete it and send it to me with a deposit for £50.  You can pay this by bank transfer using the information on the booking form, using the PayPal button below, or by Cheque.  I will confirm your booking and send you details of the course.
4. That’s it! You’re booked and can look forward to your course.
