Introduction to Sea Kayaking
If you’re not sure how much you’ll enjoy sea kayaking I offer a one day Taster Day or a two day Introduction Course. These will give you the basics needed to start your journey into the world of sea kayaking. By using the very best locations available I will ensure your voyage of discovery is safe and inspiring. I understand the needs of the novice sea kayaker and will work with you to exceed your expectations

Intermediate Sea Kayaking
This course is designed for people who are already confident in a sea kayak and would like to develop their skills further. By using the very best locations available I will ensure your voyage of discovery is safe and inspiring. This course is pitched at BCU 3 star Sea Kayak Level, so is ideal for you if you are training for this award.

Guided Trips and Coaching
As a BCU Level 5 Sea Kayak Coach, I organise custom designed courses for individuals and small groups – whether you are new to sea kayaking or an intermediate/advanced kayaker. We’ll tailor a trip to suit your experience and what you’d like to see.
The coast of Northumberland offers something for every sea kayaker. We can relax and enjoy the cliffs, arches and caves around St Abbs. We can take the challenge of open crossings and tide races around the Farne Island, Bass Rock and the Isle of May. We can enjoy the sandy beaches and castles of Holy Island and the historic Northumberland shoreline. We can float amongst the rafts of puffins, guillemots and seals.
Although I am based in the north of England, borders of Scotland and Cumbria, if you’d like to venture further afield we can arrange that too!
