Beginners/Improvers Training
If you’re not yet sure how much you’ll enjoy open canoeing, join me on this two day course. Perhaps you’ve been in a canoe and are curious to learn how to control and manoeuvre it efficiently. You’ll learn all about the equipment and safety considerations, fundamental paddling skills and the real practical canoeing techniques that we all wish we could do more efficiently. All of this will be done while enjoying some of the best open canoeing available.
Duration: The course will run over two days.

Introduction to Rivers and Moving Water
Having learnt the basics, how excited are you about progressing your skills? Join me for two days of quality skill development. We will cover equipment and safety considerations, the behaviour of moving water and essential river running skills and techniques. All of this will be done while we have a great time canoeing some of the most beautiful rivers in the country.
